2nd to last Pday!

Hello my family and friends!

I just want you all to know that I love being a missionary! This week like all the other was unique, exciting, and full of spiritual experiences.

My last trip to Jyväskylä, the place it all started here in Finland.

This week:

Brother of our former investigator started investigating!

We attended a birthday party dinner appointment.

Met with our bishop to help the recent converts 🙂

Baptism went really well!! The couple and their daughter are so excited to be part of Jesus Christ’s restored church. I gave a talk on baptism!

We were asked to sing in the 175th Relief Society party with the sisters from the Tampere 2nd ward. It went really well, and the members all got a kick out of our fun ending to the upbeat song. (It was Uskollisten Laulu in Finnish). A member had come up to us at church the week before asking if we were coming to the party to which we responded excitedly, “Yes, We’ll be there!” She excitedly told us she was bringing a non-member friend who she wanted us to meet!

The party went really well and we got to talk to her a lot and give her a Book of Mormon and we are ordering one in her native language. The members are incredible!

I know Jesus Christ lives and this is his church. He loves us so much! We can always turn to HIm for peace.

I love you all!
